How to book
There is a conference booking form (Word) attached to this web page. It needs to be completed in full by each delegate and returned by e mail (preferably), by post or by fax.
To attract the lower conference rates you may wish to join the British Society of Criminology at http://www.britsoccrim.org/membership.htm.
Payment
Payment by invoice
If you wish to pay by invoice you must provide full details of the person/s responsible for paying it. For example, the name and exact address of your institution’s finance officer. Any forms received without full payment details will be returned.
Payment by credit/debit card
The University does not operate a secure online card payment system. To pay by cheque or card please complete the details on the registration form, print off and post or fax your booking form.
- We urge delegates to pay with credit/debit cards as
- it will be subject to strict security checks
- it saves on administration.
Important Points
- A late booking fee applies after 9th May
- The booking form must be completed in block details as the data will be used for various purposes including the production of delegate badges.
- The ONLY residential accommodation provided as part of the conference offering is in Aspley Hall.
- Extra night – Tuesday. Accommodation for the Tuesday night is available at an extra cost in Aspley Hall.
- Hotel bookings must be managed independently by the delegate. For the purpose of the booking form and the conference charge, delegates in hotel accommodation will be treated as non-resident and must complete the non-residential section and book the conference dinner if required.
- Conference dinner – Please note that only residential and postgraduate rates include the conference dinner. All other delegates must indicate on the booking form if they want to attend and must pay for the dinner.
- Contact details – to ensure that we comply with the Data Protection Act please complete the required section permitting us to distribute your contact details on the delegate list.
