We will have facilities to store luggage on campus before check-in and after check-out. Please ask at the registration desk for details.

Packed lunches are available to all delegates from Quayside, which is also where refreshments are available during tea and coffee breaks.

Evening and morning meals are only available to residential delegates.  Breakfast and the Wednesday residential dinner are served in Café on Third at the bottom of the Central Services Building. You will need to present one of the tickets given to you at registration to receive your meal. Breakfast is served on Wednesday morning for those with Tuesday night accommodation reserved (including delegates of the postgraduate conference) and on Thursday and Friday morning for other residential delegates.  Please go to Café on Third between 0730 and 0930.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening at the Cedar Court Hotel.  Coaches will be leaving for the hotel between 18.00 and 18.15 from the Wakefield Road Car Park and will return delegates to campus at 23.00.  For those delegates who wish to carry on socialising after the meal, bars near the university with a late licence include the Warehouse Bar on Zetland Street, Bar MyMou on Queen Street and Revolution and the Flying Circus Bar on Cross Church Street.
